Connect. Grow. Lead. Let’s explore foundational principles of building a dynamic youth ministry in your local church such as mission and vision, volunteer recruitment and development, and models for programming. In this course, we will hear from youth leaders from diverse GNJ churches about how they successfully navigated these topics and learned their own growing edges. By the end of this three-session course, you will have tools for developing a mission and vision, steps for volunteer recruitment and you will have considered your next programming steps.
This workshop is designed for youth groups with up to 25 youth. This workshop is recommended for youth leaders and youth. Churches are encouraged to attend with a team of two to four people, where possible.
